Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, SMS messaging programs, and related services provided by The Cloud Concept, Corp. ("Cloud Concepts," "we," "us," or "our"). By using a service or texting one of our phone numbers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. SMS Messaging
By initiating a text conversation, submitting a form that clearly requests SMS contact, or otherwise providing consent, you agree to receive automated or conversational text messages from Cloud Concepts about your inquiry, requested services, appointments, account, or related offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help, or contact us at privacy@cloud-concepts.com or (833) CLOUD-99. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old to use the services. If you use a service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Use of the Services
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose; send unsolicited or prohibited communications; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with service operation; or misuse information made available through the services.
4. Service Information and Third-Party Providers
Cloud Concepts may provide information about telecommunications, cloud, connectivity, security, managed technology, and related third-party services. Availability, features, pricing, service levels, and provider terms may change. A provider's separate agreement, acceptable-use policy, privacy policy, and other terms govern services purchased from that provider. Website or SMS responses do not replace a final written proposal or provider agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Our websites, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Cloud Concepts and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal or internal-business use of the services, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and all information made available through them are provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet every requirement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Concepts and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or damages resulting from use of or inability to use a service, even if advised that such damages are possible. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, carriers, and providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
10. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms, change or discontinue a service, or suspend access when reasonably necessary. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing Terms
These Terms and any additional written agreement applicable to a purchased service constitute the agreement governing your use of the relevant service. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.
